I am the President and Broker of the company, and I handle every deal personally. I choose to stay connected to my clients throughout the entire process, so you will not be handed off to someone else after signing up.
Whereas real estate transactions are primarily business deals, they also involve a high degree of interpersonal communication. I think that you'll find me to be focused, comfortable to be around, and completely competent to close the deal. I believe these aspects are largely responsible for the fact that most of my business is done with existing relationships and referrals from satisfied clients.
My background includes virtually every type of real estate transaction, both residential and commercial. My value proposition is based on my expert negotiating skills; great service is a must for all agents, but savvy negotiating makes the bottom line more acceptable for my clients.
I have an MBA and experience working with and selling to Fortune 500 companies. This comes in handy when my clients are highly educated, successful professionals who treat the house buying/selling process as more of a business transaction.
I have been married since 1992 and I have 3 wonderful daughters. This helps me relate to the other side of most residential transactions, which is the emotional side. Every house is a “home,” and I am sensitive to the fact that it is hard to find the right “home” and sometimes hard to let go of the existing “home.” I promise all of my clients that they will never feel one ounce of pressure from me to buy anything, and I mean it sincerely. I want each and every one of my clients to be 100% sure in the decisions they make.
